	Gale “Skip” O’Neil Gale “Skip” O’Neil has a wide and diverse background. He served as a U.S. Army Ranger, worked with juvenile delinquents, as a financial planner, and operated a successful mixed martial arts school. Skip holds a Bachelor in Business degree and a Masters in Teaching. He’s been an elementary and middle school teacher for the past 12 years and coaches cross-country, wrestling, and track.
